1. Who We Are
Metamorphity is a reflective and educational platform created by Patrick Ryan (sole proprietor) to support inner emergence through podcasts, guided Deepeners, meditative practices, and soul-based inquiry.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this site, purchase a membership, or engage with any of the content or materials.
3. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All content on this site โ including podcasts, meditations, written materials, visuals, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, images, and videos โ is the intellectual property of Patrick Ryan, Vancouver Coaching, or its licensed third-party providers. This content is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, upload, or publicly display any materials without express written permission. Doing so may result in legal action for infringement.

5. Guided Meditation Disclaimer
Guided meditations and Deepener practices may stir emotional, intuitive, or physical responses. Please:
- Use them only in safe environments
- Avoid listening while driving or multitasking
- Stop and seek support if anything feels destabilizing
6. Membership Plans & Payment
Metamorphity offers:
- Monthly Membership: Includes a 60-day free trial as part of our special launch. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing.
- Annual Membership: One-time payment with a 45% discount. No trial included.
All payments are processed securely through Kajabi and/or Stripe. You agree to the pricing and renewal terms selected at checkout.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time. Access will continue through your billing period. Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access provided upon enrollment, refunds are not provided for:
- Annual memberships once access begins
- Mid-cycle cancellations
- Failure to use available content
8. Privacy & Data Use
We value your privacy. Personal information is never sold or shared without your consent. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
